Clinical Supervision

Supervision is mentorship!

I aim to guide supervisees when needed and empower budding clinicians to find their own clinical identity. We will cover the legal and ethical requirements, but we’ll also focus on conversations about how you personally show up in your work. Being a blank slate has never been my idea of being a therapist, and I would never ask you to be one either. We’ll explore how you can be your authentic self and a professional so that this work feels more meaningful, useful, and powerful for you and your clients.

Specific License Requirements

  • LMHCAs – Full supervision hours
  • LMFTAs – 100 supervision hours
  • LICSWAs – 30 supervision hours
  • LASWAs – Full supervision hours

Meet 1:1 or in small groups depending on supervisee

Supervision is provided in alignment with WA licensure

  • $60 per person in groups of 2
  • Sliding scale options available

What to Expect

I will:

  • Meet regularly with supervisee
  • Review supervisee's work
  • Guide the treatment process
  • Assist the supervisee in complying with all legal and ethical
    standards for treatment
  • Help prepare supervisees to serve a range of diverse clients

My Approach to Supervision

  • I provide supervision virtually or walk-and-talk therapy at certain
    Seattle area parks as able.
  • My supervision style reflects my counseling
style in that it is trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and
    systems-aware.
  • I focus on helping supervisees strengthen their
clinical judgement, counseling identity, and create sustainable
    careers.

Therapy Modalities

Looking for a supervisor to help mentor your use of specific therapy modalities? Below are some of the main therapeutic styles I utilize and can guide you through:

I was trained in EMDR in 2022 and have been utilizing it in my practice regularly since.

I have experience conducting EMDR in-person and over telehealth. I typically incorporate parts work including ego state therapy and IFS when utilizing EMDR to help with client blocking and smoother memory reconsolidation.

I have been learning about Coherence Therapy since 2023 but started attending trainings in 2025 to deepen my understanding and practice of this modality. These trainings have been with colleagues who have worked directly with the creator of Coherence Therapy, Bruce Ecker.

I utilize IFS by itself as well as in tandem with EMDR and Coherence therapy.

Existential phenomenology is woven throughout my work with clients, especially in the discovery of meaning.

I trained in DBT in 2022 in the context of community mental health. I have utilized individual DBT, by the book and with alterations, as appropriate with clients.

I have admired ACT ever since reading The Happiness Trap by Russ Harris. I have found it helpful specifically in supporting clients with radical acceptance and decision-making.

As of 9/1/2026 I am unable to offer nature therapy as my schedule no longer supports it. However, I would absolutely encourage engaging with nature therapy if it is something you are interested in. I'm happy to talk to supervisees about the pros, cons, difficulties, and benefits of this form of therapy.

I earned my certificate in addiction studies while completing my masters in counseling but ultimately decided not to pursue accruing hours towards becoming an SUD-P. However, I think the psychoeducation I can impart can be incredibly useful in the right situation. Many people do not understand the functionality of addiction in themselves, loved ones, celebrities, and strangers alike. The knowledge we can impart can help ease shame and promote compassion and healing.
